1. Steam your crab (12 mins) or any seafood with ginger slices.

2. In a separate pot, mix water and Chilli Crab Paste and bring it to boil.

3. Add steamed crab or seafood into the pot and stir well on low heat.

4. Pour a beaten egg into it and stir evenly.
