Product Matters

Where is your seafood from?


Our fresh seafood come from Indonesia, Japan, Vietnam and Canada. Please refer to product page for more information.




Where is your seafood kept?


Our live seafood is waiting for you at a farm in Lim Chu Kang.




Why are some products subject to availability?


As much as we aim to fulfill all orders, our stock availability is based on the catch of the day to upkeep the level of freshness. We will keep you informed if your product is unavailable.





Delivery Matters

What are your delivery timings?


We know you’re busy during weekdays (and so are we hahaha), so we deliver only on Saturdays, with two delivery time slots: - Morning (9am – 12pm) - Noon (1pm – 4pm) Orders with payment received by Friday, 10pm (SGT) will be delivered in the same week. As the seafood will be delivered fresh, we encourage that you are at home during the indicated time slot to receive the items. Kindly ensure to provide a valid mobile number so that we can keep you updated of the delivery status.




If I am not home, can you leave the seafood outside of my house?


For food hygiene purposes, we are unable to do so (and the seafood may get a lil nervous when left unsupervised). Please ensure that someone is available at the indicated time slot to collect the seafood.




Can I change my delivery slot?


Our mantis shrimps are flexible but we can’t say the same for our delivery schedules. Please inform us at least 1 day in advance (means latest by Friday) so that we can try to accommodate your request. We will also send a confirmation text on the delivery day itself, at 8am and 12pm respectively (based on your time slot) so that you will be notified of the delivery.




What if I miss my delivery?


Unfortunately our introverted seafood doesn't enjoy being out for too long, if you’d missed your delivery, please contact us at 9025 6189 and rearrange a same day delivery with us. There will be an additional delivery fee of $10/trip.




How much does delivery cost?


We charge a $5 flat fee for delivery islandwide (in Singapore, of course). We offer free delivery if you purchase $50 and above.




How do you ensure freshness of the seafood during delivery?


Our live seafood are kept in NaCl2 + H2O during the delivery. Fresh seafood are kept in insulated box with ice.





Payment Matters

Is there a minimum order amount?


No, there is no minimum order amount because every order is precious to us (and we don't know how to implement this on the website).




What are the payment methods?


We accept PayNow or PayLah! currently. If you have any issues with the payment modes, please contact us via getalive.seafood@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 9239 0967 for assistance.




How to ensure that my order is confirmed?


After placing the order, the payment instructions will show on the 'Thank You' page. You will receive an order confirmation email at the same time. Kindly follow the instructions and send your payment via mobile no. 9239 0967, PayNow or PayLah! before Friday 10pm (SGT) for your orders to be delivered in the same week. If you encounter any payment issues, please contact us via getalive.seafood@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 9239 0967 with a screenshot of the error so that we can sort it out for you.




Can I cancel my order?


Our seafood may not take this rejection well, but you can email us at getalive.seafood@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 9025 6189 if you wish to cancel your order, we’ll check if it is possible based on your order.
